Die Mitglieder im Team der TAILSIT GmbH sind ausgebildete Bauingenieure. Im Zuge ihres Doktorats beschäftigten sie sich mit dem Thema Computational Mechanics mit Fokus auf Randelemente und Finite Elemente Methoden. Sie besitzen langjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und im Design von Simulationssoftware. Das Team leistete maßgebliche Beiträge in mehreren internationalen Industrie- und Forschungsprojekten. Die Ergebnisse ihrer Tätigkeit wurden in mehreren Fachzeitschriften publiziert.
